A Somatic Soul Coach will help you tap into your own body's wisdom. The definition of the term Somatic is  "relating to the body, especially as distinct from the mind" . Somatics connects the body's feelings to the minds thoughts. By paying attention to your Somatic ques a Somatic Soul Coach can help you weed out self defeating thoughts and patterns that can keep you from moving forward on things in your life. 

Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with their life coach.  I set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans and most importantly schedule!

The first step is to schedule a consultation or your complimentary 45 minute session.  In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there.
